1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the niceph1 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the niceph1 website and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the niceph1 registration process, logging in to an existing niceph1 account, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the niceph1 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as established under applicable PAGCOR regulations. niceph1 strictly enforces this requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the Platform.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of play.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of niceph1, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

niceph1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the niceph1 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your niceph1 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your niceph1 login credentials – including your password and any two-factor authentication codes – strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify niceph1 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your niceph1 account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.

niceph1 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the niceph1 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). niceph1 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the niceph1 platform and are subject to change.
• Deposits are generally credited to your niceph1 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. niceph1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. niceph1 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC requirements are satisfied.
• Where technically possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. niceph1 may require additional verification where this is not possible.
• niceph1 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name.
• niceph1 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions and to request supporting documentation for the source of funds.

Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and may be affected by payment provider processing schedules, public holidays, and verification requirements. niceph1 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published on the Platform but does not guarantee these timeframes.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

niceph1 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. niceph1 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• niceph1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.
• Where a conflict exists between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the niceph1 platform operate according to published rules and use certified random number generation (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in accordance with standard casino rules.

niceph1 publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG games. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. By playing any game on the niceph1 platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, niceph1 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be returned to your account balance. niceph1's decision on technical disputes is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the niceph1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the niceph1 platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the niceph1 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of niceph1.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, niceph1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

niceph1's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

niceph1 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

niceph1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the niceph1 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

niceph1 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Termination and Account Closure

niceph1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• niceph1 suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on the account.
• A player fails to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements.
• niceph1 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting niceph1 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
